About Us
We are a small and upcoming Real Estate Development firm in the Wilmington and West Dover Vermont area. 10 years ago, our family purchased a second home and began growing our roots in the community. We enjoyed the mountain, as the weekend warriors, while always being thankful to everyone we met up here who worked full-time in the community. They helped to make every weekend an amazing memory. In time, and as we became closer with the local's, we would hear the struggles facing these community members. Many would sleep on a friend's couch just to work in our community. This was because like most of the country there is a shortage of affordable housing. Over the years, Michelle and I have discussed this issue, as it had also impacted us when our oldest daughter graduated college. As many young Americans who are passionate about the industry of study it becomes the location of work vs. affordable housing that often becomes a deterrent. This has become the mission of Castle Consult; helping our community attract new talent to the hospitality industry and our community. We believe that through our years of expertise we have the necessary skills to develop workforce housing that is; Inviting, Respectable, & Affordable

Meet our Family
Keith
I have spent nearly 30 years in the construction industry in New York. I started my career working as a tradesperson while working toward my Mechanical Engineering degree. After graduation I worked for two Construction Management firms holding positions from Assistant Superintendent up the General Superintendent on some of the largest projects NYC has completed since 2002. Next, I moved over to the Developer/Owner Operator side acting as a Senior Construction Manager. This gives me a unique skill set for managing projects and resolving repairs.

Michelle
I have spent the last 30 years in the accounting/bookkeeping industry in New York. My career started as a bookkeeper at a local supermarket chain which led to get my bachelor’s degree in accounting. Upon graduation, I started to work in the non profit sector working from a Payroll Clerk up to the Assistant Controller. I then decided to move into the construction field as a Controller for a Roofing/General Contractor on Long Island. After about 6 years, I was offered a Controller position for another non profit organization. Over time, my passion for construction brought me to being the Controller/Office Manager for a local plumbing business. This path between both construction and non profit allows me to setup your construction budgets while also being able to be your community's full charge bookkeeper.
